A few photos from the month of June!

Max's summer camp has a different theme each week. He was very proud of the guitar and vest he made during Wild West week!

We got cheesecake to enjoy for our wedding anniversary (as a throw back to the cheesecake at our wedding reception), and Max was super sweet and came up with an idea to make a sign to put on top! We weren't allowed to look until he was done drawing a picture of us all dressed up for the wedding (the pink part by my head is a veil!).

Ben and I went to dinner for our anniversary and snapped a quick photo to commemorate (and were supposed to go to a free concert, too, but the band cancelled -- boo!). Eight years in the books!

We also went to Stone Mountain another night to walk around and enjoy the laser show. Fun!

We visited a trampoline park and Ben got in on the action with Max. Check out this fun slow motion video!

Family Vacation 2018: Hilton Head Island, SC

We visited Hilton Head Island, South Carolina for a week at the end of May / beginning of June with our friends and had a blast! We rented a house together that had a great backyard and swing set, and it was just a short bike ride to the beach.

Max and Saskia played hard (and decided they are brother and sister - ha!) and all the grown-ups had fun, too. Since this was our third trip to HHI as a group, it was nice that we already knew our way around so we could dig in to playing on the beach, visiting the playground, etc. right away. We made lots of great memories!
